So sodding annoyed - I've bought a 'genuine' Tiffany bracelet that totally is not. I've contacted Ebay, who have advised me to contact the seller. Guess I'm going to end up out of pocket for postage.

Thanks. I've contacted the seller and told her - I wouldn't mind but its not even a good fake! I expect her to refund me in full - including my return postage costs (which will be tracked and insured). I am really hoping that she doesn't cause a problem for me as this was a Christmas present for my daughter and I am currently over £60 out of pocket. If the seller doesn't play ball I'll open a dispute with Ebay.0

If she has any sense she will refund postage too.
Have a look at her feedback and what she is selling currently. If she has sold lots of them or is in the process of doing so, you can be sure she knows they are fakes too. If its a one of I wouldnt be too harsh on her so long as she plays ball.0 -
If you have to return the item use Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracked and Signed for).
There is no gurantee they will refund your return postage. Ebay can't force them.
Depending on the emails you might be better off openning a dispute in Ebay if you have written proof of the item being "Fake"0 -
Seller has agreed to refund the price I paid (including postage) plus £3 towards the return postage. She's actually already refunded me, so I'll get the item in the post tomorrow0

Great news, and that shows the true value of the item.0

As far as i am aware, Tiffany or (insert any high end retailer name here) don't sell on Ebay. Common sense really.0

Raise a dispute & when you able to escalate it, do so & eBay will provide you with a Parcelforce label to send it back0

You are wrong. There is plenty of genuine Tiffany for sale on Ebay - unfortunately there is also plenty of fakes.
I think you'll find the "genuine" (and i use that term very loosely) Tiffany on Ebay is not being sold BY Tiffany, it's being sold by people who claim it is "genuine"

Do other websites or stores sell authentic, new Tiffany & Co. merchandise?
New and authentic Tiffany & Co. merchandise is only available online at https://www.tiffany.co.uk , its related websites listed at https://www.tiffany.com/International as well as the retailers listed in the Tiffany & Co. store finder at https://www.tiffany.co.uk/locations . Tiffany & Co. eyewear and watches are sold exclusively at authorized retail locations, under license. Buyers should be wary of purported Tiffany & Co. merchandise sold through unauthorized channels. Beware of counterfeits.0
