Aqualux - SteamCabin Problem and are they still in business?

Hi I'm hoping someone 'in the know' might be able to help me out. I have been trying to contact aqualux about a problem (with one of their steamcabins I have installed) using their customer suport number 08702416131 - only whichever option I choose i'm getting a recorded message stating 'all of our operators are busy' and then the line cuts off!
So firstly does anyone know if they are still in business?
Secondly the problem I have with the steamcabin is that there is very low water pressure to the shower head, whereby water is just trickling out of the head with less pressure than a watering can! Our whole 'system' (unvented boiler and plumbing for the streamcabin) is less than 2 years old and had been working fine until recently where the pressure has reduced so much it's not worth taking a shower in.
Had our plumber out who has checked all the pipes etc and says water pressure is good but advised me to contact waterboard to check the pressure hasn't been reduced by them to our property? He also stated it might be a problem with a solenid or such like in the steamcabon mechanics but that involves removing a plasterboard wall to investigate!
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

thanks for the number DIY - unfortuantley still no answer - THE most annoying "customer service" message on the phone system where they tell you their busy then cut the line off without some much as an appology!0
