    Drain, rinse, shake off excess water, blitz in food processor with tahina, peeled garlic clove, olive oil and paprika to make a houmous-like spread for crackers.

    Drain, rinse, shake off excess water, add Herbes de Provence and Extra Virgin olive oil plus a bit of freshly ground black pepper and a bay leaf. Marinate for an hour or so. Serve as a side salad.
