Whilst EBay do on occasion act, usually when their hand is forced, It's not in EBay's interests to prevent the sale of pirated goods... more sales = more ££££

I think what is interesting is that buyer has now managed to get one of the sellers NARUD, that must count as a good result!
He's also got a lot of the other sellers down below a rating of 98% (one actually down to 93%) which will really hit them as most buyers won't deal with them anymore at that sort of feedback rating.
The buyer won't be closed down until he has -4 feedback or 3 non paying alerts placed against him.

Which email service do you use to register a new id for this purpose? I tried to use a throw away yahoo email and ebay wanted my CC details!0
