would be fascinating to see if "danmanchester2004" gets NARU'd for this......;)
though I am sure other eBay community members are watching the sellers' to see if any action is taken against their illegal listings...ahem:money: .

Whilst EBay do on occasion act, usually when their hand is forced, It's not in EBay's interests to prevent the sale of pirated goods... more sales = more ££££ ;)

I dont know about this, I do not condone fakes etc, having bought dodgy poor quality DVDs from markets, on the other hand I dont agree with Microsoft charging £350 for Office.

I think what is interesting is that buyer has now managed to get one of the sellers NARUD, that must count as a good result!

He's also got a lot of the other sellers down below a rating of 98% (one actually down to 93%) which will really hit them as most buyers won't deal with them anymore at that sort of feedback rating.

The buyer won't be closed down until he has -4 feedback or 3 non paying alerts placed against him.

    Soo

Which email service do you use to register a new id for this purpose? I tried to use a throw away yahoo email and ebay wanted my CC details!
