Poor Estate Agent

We put our flat up for sale in July. Our agent have only had 3 people through the door in that time. Another of their branches got us 2 through in the same weekend. However communication has been poor and a national open house weekend we took part in failed to get a single person through the door.
Yesterday I took pleasure in giving them 2 weeks notice.

maybe your flat is too high to attract any people, IMO the a**e is falling out of the housing market , and more so for flats, sorry to say, being a owner myself0
