Blocking a bidder?

~I made use of the free listing weekend to put a few items on ebay. I have a large item on htere which has been bid on by somebody with a feedback of 2 - their feedback is one positive and one false positive, after reading this forum over the last couple of months i am really wary of allowing this person to bid as the second feedback states they didn't pay and wouldn't communicate. Can i block the bidder even though they have already bid? Or am i being overly wary?
Thanks
Thanks

If you want to block the bidder, then you have to cancel their bid and then add them to your blocked bidder list.0

If you are going to do that, cancel their bid first and block them.

Two feedback, one for not paying is not good and would worry me.
Have a look on Goofbid, it may show up other items they have won, with no feedback left by the seller.
