do's virgin think its customers are stupid ,
my services finish on the 15th november ,
cancellation letters and phone calls on the 3/4th october. been sent,
and they have them can prove,
looks at my bill today online and they want £69 for 21st november to 22rd december ,i think not ,they are having a laugh
they will not be getting any money that they do not deserve ,they will only get whats owed nothing more ,£5.54 for calls so far,not £69 ,
i know they have to keep the account open for 9 more days but still do's not come to £69 and their not getting it
even customer service agreed it should not have happened and i have to ring back on the 24th to pay the right amount ,and get a letter saying i owe nothing ,which if it comes .i will be supriced to see
i think i am going to get some pain with this from virgin saying i owe them money ,at least i will not have to get money off them
why are they so bad

With virgin I am pretty sure that they charge you for the full month in advance, and then credit you the difference for the part of the month used until your contract expires.
It seems that the issue is with your contract expiry date and their billing date being quite close together.
But even so, you should still get the amount you have overpaid returned to you.0
