Savvy Mummy earrings!

I ordered 3 pairs of shamballa type earrings from Savvy Mummy in September. One pair came (wrong colour) but no sign of the other two pairs, despite numerous emails and trying to phone - which was rejected.
The company they are using is That's Glam and I've dealt with them before, but they are not even answering my emails. The earrings are only £4 each, but I'm absolutely furious at the treatment. Any ideas?

I paid with my Debit Card.
A recorded delivery is an idea, but to which company would I address it? Savvy Mummy was the offer initially, but it was through That's Glam that the goods came. Thank you for your help.0
