Thomson Holidays through Quidco

I have just booked accomodation with Thomson Holidays through Quidco. which states that you get a 7% cash back, it has been tracked but at 2% - has anybody else done this and only got 2% back. Thanks

Thomson on Quidco is only up to 7% not on all holidays see below taken from thomson page on quidco.

For genuine tracked transactions completed wholly online, you can earn:
2% for beach holidays and flights
5% for cities
3% for cruises
7% for accomodation
£2 for Thomson low cost flight
2.5% for ski


So i assume you have booked a Beach holiday or have you booked accomodation only without flights?. If you have booked accomodation only i would query it through Quidco

Hi Nigel,
I have booked accomodation only - just the hotel for August and you have to pay the total amount now, my flights are with Easyjet, but I really think it's misleading, I have entered a query transaction with Quidco, but I did at Xmas with Marks and Spencer and that is still with the merchant.
Instead of 154.88 they have credited me with 43.68.I am really annoyed about it as I took that into account when I booked it.
