Error message in windows 8

I have just upgraded to Windows 8. When I re-installed Office 2007, every time i run word, excel etc i get the following message

The procedure entry point FreeResour" could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSACM32.dll

The application loads up ok and runs fine, its just annoying when the above message appears beforehand. Any ideas on how to fix this issue please.

    Try a simple
    SFC /SCANNOW
that should check all system files and copy\replace any bad files in the active system with file from the backup "C:\Windows\System32\dllcache\"
Press any other key to continue.

LOL, I'll probably way for Win8 SP2 as SP1 would probably be out shortly and SP3 will probably take a few years

That's funny - I happened to be thinking yesterday that hypothetically if (and if I didn't know the products and couldn't spot the fact that 8 is a larger number than 7) somebody gave me Windows 7 and told me it was an upgrade from Windows 8, I would believe it.
