How to add new administrator but not lose emails

I'm working on a pc that has only ever had 1 administrator account and no other user accounts.
I now want to change that so that the kids can have their own limited access accounts.
However, when I create new accounts it insists I start off with a new administrator account and then it wipes all my e-mail settings etc.
I just want to keep the admin account as I have it and set up some new limted access accounts. How can I do this?
I'm running windows XP.
Thanks.

Hi Jet,
Basically what happening is you have a administrator account and want to add a limited account (you could just enable the guest account)
Now when you create a new account it need to have a account with administrator access and windows wants you to have a administrator that isn't called "administrator" as that is the created during the install.
If you added two new accounts (1 admin, 1 limited) then on the login screen your only see those 2 account, and not the "administrator" user named account, and as such your documents would seam to be gone, but they are not.
Okay on to the how to,
The simplest way of doing what you want would be to create user account via user group manager,
Right click on Computer and select manage or
Start -> Run "%SystemRoot%\system32\lusrmgr.msc" (without quotes)
on the left column select Users, then right click on the right column and select "New User" fill in the details (username, password, etc) then click create, then close, and close that box, then when you log off. you should see you administrator and kids account, if you only see the kids account (this really shouldn't happen) then on the user selection screen press ctrl+alt+del and your go to a login screen where you can enter a username and password, enter administrator as the username and the password (if any) and click ok
Here are some screen shots to help

Hope that helps
