Comet - TV in for repair

Hi,

My TV is currently in for repair with comet which is covered under an extended warranty.

Am I likely to get it back. If not, where do I stand. It's my property, it's paid for in full.

Any ideas?

Is the tv in the store or has it been sent to the repairer to get fixed ?


Comet out sourced the work to other firms.

It was collected by delivery drivers. I believe comet do not accept repairs in store any more.

I have tried contacting comet by telephone on the same number as before but there is no answer.
