Chocolate digestives 23p

Thats a great deal. People make me laugh on here, i bet for sure if you took a 1x Chocolate Digestive from each superstore (Asda Smartprice, Tesco Value etc) And mixed it amongst 1x Mc Vities i can bet for sure you wouldn't guess correct which was the Mc Vities.
I can bet for sure you would. I have Morrisons Value chocolate and McV chocolate digestives here and there is no comparison.
the Morrisons ones are acceptable and the McV ones are very good. You wouldn't even have to taste them to know the different, the McV ones have a much better colour.
I can't tell the difference between tesco value and Morrison's value choc digestives. Its all packaging mainly, in your head.
It's not the packaging, but it is all in your head. You eat McV's and like them, then you change to value and you get used to them. Pretty soon you have eaten enough to like them, then your "head" tells you they are the same as McV's.
Try it for yourself, Morrisons have McV's choc digestives at £1 per 400g pack, down from £1.75. get a pack and compare them to value ones and you will see.0 -
gone back to normal price now, at Asda.0

I have four of my hollow-legged grandsons that I look after on a daily basis and when ever I get a chance to get to an Asdas I always stock up on their smart price biscuits The boys don't give a hoot who makes them and can deolish a packet of biscuits in around 10 minutes flat
:) Jack the twelve year old adores rich tea biscuits for some reason and Henry his brother likes Nice and custard creams whilst Mikey the youngest loves bourbons and Ben the eldest will eat virtually anything.for around a quid or less I can fill their biscuit tin up very cheaply.I enjoy ginger nuts with a cuppa mid morning I like chocolate digetives but I only like really cold chocolate so don't eat them often.I put some in a lock'n'lock box and keep in my conservatory in the winter so they are a treat when really cold.I don't really mind who makes them as long as I can get a few packets to fill up the tin 0 -

I went back in today to pick up some more to donate to the Food Bank and they had gone back up to 44p.
I fail to understand why these Quick Grabbit posts are moved to this less frequented forum.
I hope lots of MSE colleagues managed to get some.

We love Aldi milk chocolate digestives. I think they cost 59p for 400g, and well worth it. They also sell dark chocolate digestives.0
