Chocolate digestives 23p

Just been in Asda. Smartprice milk chocolate digestives 300g are priced at 23 pence. Didn't have a rollback or special offer sticker.
Were priced at 50p last week and I'm normally happy to pay 39p so I went mad and bought 20 packs as the packs are dated BB 27 April 2013.

These Asda Smartprice ones are lovely - my Mum says they're better than McVities and she's a fussy old wotsit when it comes to brands ;)

I am guessing the plain chocolate ones aren't that price too?

Asda ones are my favourite! I bought 4 packs for the house, and they are almost gone, we all adore them, enjoying this price very much!

I think the smart and value ones are far better and I am a brand snob at times - but with choccy biscuits I certainly am not having tried them I would never buy expensive ones again McVites OH NO lol - thanks for this tip well worth a stock up xxxx

Thats a great deal. People make me laugh on here, i bet for sure if you took a 1x Chocolate Digestive from each superstore (Asda Smartprice, Tesco Value etc) And mixed it amongst 1x Mc Vities i can bet for sure you wouldn't guess correct which was the Mc Vities. Its all packaging mainly, in your head.
Better to understand a little than to misunderstand a lot.

McVities are lovely but too expensive, we regularly buy the asda smartprice ones. The only ones I will never buy again are the Morrisons smart priced ones - they're horrid, no digestive texture (turn to a paste if you dare to dunk them in your cuppa) and the "chocolate" coating is like the cheapest cake coasting stuff you can get - yuck. :(
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.
