I never give my phone number - use either an old mobile number or just a load of zeros. My Dad once entered his details and started receiving phonecalls within the hour!
I don't mind them having my number if and when I take out a policy but I resent being expected to give my number just for a quote.0 -
As above one year my phone was ringing before i had even looked at the quote myself.
Clicked the quote button came up searching so i went to the loo. Phone was ringing before i got back down.
Spotted the car for sale on the net and curious what the insurance would be on it.

Seen one that had 2 boxes with one of each of the above. Most people
would tick both or untick both so they win. If you didnt read that bit they win.

I never give my own details but make up an address and phone number. I would only give my details if going ahead with a quote.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

i always give a fake phone number (usually just zeros) - because if you don't you might get a lot of calls.0
