Hi, the other items can not be gift sets, they need to be individual items.
Managed to get mine to work once I got rid of the gift sets and added different items. hth.

Thanks for this :A I got 2 x hemp moisturisers (2 x £5) and 2 x fruit & nut lip trio (2 x £8) for a grand total of £10

Also got some of the 3 for £3 shower gels for my friends for xmas. I think if I put the gels together with a nice ribbon and a bow they will make a nice gift set.

managed to get the 3 shower gels for £3 so far now trying other items for the buy 2 get 2 free offer. if anyone likes the oil burner oils they work so for £8 you get 4 of them. if anyone hasnt tried them they are the best oils i have found and literally last for months.
