Arrived a few days back, well packaged, nice little bag with it aswell. On another note, has anyone had the money taken from their bank yet? Still nothing here a week later.

My 2 hand creams and 2 candles arrived but 2 candles smashed, body shop brill and resent 2 more, one of those was also smashed so getting a refund
Not sure how much the refund will be
I think they need to re think their packaging or packers

Did anyone else receive a free joy card in their parcel? Im wondering if someone knows the value of the card by the code on the back please?

I received one in my replacement candle parcel but haven't tried it. I bet they are just worth £3 but still, if I use it that means I paid £10 for 2 candles and 2 Hemp hand creams

I got 2 joy cards and they have the same code on them.....so no idea how they work....I reckon they randomly choose 1 person per day to get the higher values off....or maybe each card really is just worth £3

Last year there were just three different codes. I think if we all have the same code (mine is 49507) then its probably £3,which is nice, but I would have to pass it on as the parking to get there would cost me that much.
