  • I was just giving it another shot in the hope. Ah well. There'll be another glitch along soon enough I imagine.

I ordered the shower gels and cherry bits, so happy I got those anyway. Thanks.

Ahh. Hemp hand protector is now showing as £10 for me. It was £5 last night. That could be the problem

W code worked for me though

I tried it when it was still £5 and the S and W codes would not work nomatter what I added to my basket. They also changed the free postage to a minimum spend of £6 so I think they have been furiously fixing the glitches overnight.

I've only had a confirmation email for my 1st order and I made 4 orders last night. So there's no guarantee they'll be despatched.

If they are showing in your Body Shop account and in your Quidco (or other cashback) account your orders should have gone through. :)

I added the code.... then added the items, but it's not working. Having a minor hissy fit! Will soon go on the rampage!

D'oh.. ok, tracking back through the thread, removed the hemp whatever, hand cream or something, changed to 4 beautifying oils to test it, and it worked, £18 for the 4, they are £9 each

    I've been Money Tipped!
. . . . one thing to note is that thier stock system doesn't update very quickly, so although you're order has gone through it doesn't mean you'll get your complete order. Back in the summer when they had the glitch on the gift sets and loyalty card , 3 out of 4 of my orders had 1 or more of the gift sets missing, when i rang and complained they said that I hadn't been charged for them (because they were the free part of the deal/glitch) and that they were out of stock at time of despatch, and if I didn't want the items I had been charged for I could return them to a store for a refund. So basically if they are free in your basket and you dont get them in your parcel they probably wont honour it (or at least they didn't for me)

Is it me or is the Body Shop website particularly irritating the way things change as you go along?

Just had a dispatch email from order I placed last night.

All correct - 2 hand creams and 2 beautifying oils for £9 all on it's way :j:j:j

    Quidco tracked too
