Npower advise
I was in debt with Npower most of last year, but paying £160 per month I have finally caught up and am now in credit
Was wondering if it was worth while reducing my DD or keeping it as it is until my fix term runs out next May or will they reduce it automatically no that Ive caught up?
Info
Last Bill dated: 28th August 2012 £6.27 debit
(online) 20th October 2012 £313.73 credit
My next bill isn't due until 14/03/2013, but I would of had four DD come out by then which would bring (if DD left at £160.00) to £953.73 credit. I cannot see my bill being that much, although it would be higher due to it being winter...
I'm on the Go fix 11 tarrif (dual fuel)

I would keep the payment up over winter and reduce it when you turn the heating off next year. If you really need the money now then reduce it now.
You could also ask for the credit on the account to be returned to you.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
