Premium Bond Tracing Service

I purchased some premium bonds about 10-12 years ago but lost the certificates around 7-8 years ago due to moving, etc. Two weeks ago i sent off the form with all my details for the premium bond tracing service so i can track down my savings and get replacement certificates however it's been over two weeks now and i still haven't heard anything.

Has anyone used this service? How long did it take?

    Never used their tracing service, but they are always helpful if you need to call their helpline.

    Maybe give them a call to see if they have received your request to trace your lost premium bonds.
