Shill bidding??????

Just bought an item from ' steviem19 ' & then went to see which other items he had for sale & noticed something strange with the bidding. He seems to have an admirer called ' lippybev ' who seems to bid on all his items but i suppose he's lucky as she seems to have only bought 1 of his items so far (obviously a mistake because it's the only item she's bought in 3 years!). At least 3 other items closed in the last hour with lippybev pumping up the price!
I was happy at the price I payed but when you know that you should have payed slightly less it gets under your skin a bit.
Have a look & see what you think.. Mmmmm

Looks like a stonewaller to me and I'd be going the whole nine yards..... Report to EBay and await outcome.
