Energyhelpline & iSupplyEnergy
Just be aware that the cashback offer for switching energy supplier via the energyhelpline DOES NOT apply to iSupplyEnergy. The fact that they don't do cashback in this case is implicit in their terms & conditions but is not explicitly stated on the energyhelpline site or moneysavingexpert site. The energyhelpline gave me the runaround about this issue, initially telling me that the cashback was provided by the new supplier, then saying I hadn't clicked through from this site and thus wasn't eligible then finally admitting that they do not give cashback for switching to this supplier as it can't be done via their site. Fair enough, but they should make these things clear and train their staff to give accurate information. I am still better off for switching and so far iSupplyEnergy have been very efficient.

So you didn't switch via energyhelpline.com?
That's why you won't get any cashback from energyhelpline.com
Not all suppliers can be switched to via comparison sites, but they must all be listed.
I am glad energyhelpline presumably helped you choose the supplier with which you are pleased
