Anyone got any recommendations for such devices? My TV is a Toshiba Regza RV635DB (32") with standard Freeview built in. I'd like to add an HDMI-connected Freeview HD box. PVR functionality is desirable but not essential.
So what's the best bang-for-buck around at the moment?

Interesting. Does it support Iplayer? (Not essential, but a nicety. I don't see Iplayer mentioned).0

Personally would say that it's not in the same league as Humax. I will buy Humax again - good receivers with ongoing development. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
If you want catch up players and HD then look at a YouView Humax box. DTR-T1000 advanced prototype made of mimetic poly-alloy, so future proof, assuming there is one. That gum you like is coming back in style.0
