Looks like they will be doing random draws soon!The competition is now closed and we have a winner!
Well done to Ryan King in Somerset who found it first with about 14 finding it soon after, then more later throughout the week.

ps. We think we've found a way to do random drawers so that everyone who finds it goes into a random drawer at the end. So everyone has a chance, EVEN IF you dont take part until Saturday (the last day of the comp) We are going to do our research and not rush into it to make sure it's fair and still fun. I would just like to link to my post in the 'scam' thread, based on last week's competition:

where the winner supposedly found the image using an iPad, but the change in the altered image is so small and so slight that it is impossible to have found it on an iPad's screen.0 -
Its very hard to make out, but it looks like youre right.
I think with all the conjecture about this comp etc maybe it should be stopped from appearing on mse until its confirmed a true 100% legitimate competition, as ive said for this comp there are at least 100 comps with the same prize, so we are all wasting valueable time.
(still never understood why they arent trying to flog tons of stuff, if i had a site that was getting thousands of hits, id load it up with toys and the like espec with christmas coming)
And one more thing - what i find strange is the winners dont seem to have fb accounts or if they have i cant find them, surely if they were so good at comping they would have fb, at least one of the winners?????Still comping, after 2 heart attacks 4th feb & 6th feb, and a stent put in.. 45 years old only:eek:0 -

That's a lot of work and risk if they shift them themselves, and a lot of liability if they don't (drop shipping is a messy business).
Plus what could they sell? They can't make their own stuff, they're using another companies brand identity.
They know the compers aren't there to shop anyway, so they get paid from the adverts, no mess no fuss, much easier, much less risk of trouble with the BBC.0 -
