Which DRO startup agencies request only 1months of bank account statements??
Options
I have decided that im going to get a DRO.
I am going to get it through CCCS, however does anyone know if they request to see your bank statements for the last 3months, or just for the last 1month?
And if they ask for 3months does anyone know any agencies that ask for just 1months of bank statements please?
Thanks

I'm going through a DRO with CCCS right now and in my case they only wanted last couple of pay slips and any proof of income from the DWP, never asked for bank account statement in my case but i was able to prove income via wage slips and DWP letters.

Ah ok.
I am currently a fulltime mature student, and so for my income i would just show my student loan & grant award letter from student finance.
However i was wondering if to see your savings or previous income how many months back they checked your bank statements for.0 -
Bank statements are normally shown for proof of income purposes.
Why are you worried about showing them a bank statement?:jEngaged 25/12/11 :j

Previous income is irrelevant, it's current income that is looked at. With savings however, you must declare if you have "disposed of any assets," which saying goodbye to savings is. It's not cut and dry that this will cause a problem, if you have £500 savings and bought a car for £500 to get to and from placements with, or you used the money for moving costs or a deposit on accomodation, and this was proveable, then they will ask for that proof and they will back you up when submitting the DRO. If it's anything you are unsure of, then you need to be honest with them before they submit the DRO.
Banks are contacted by the insolvency service once your DRO is submitted and have 30 days to object, and if they know your savings went and it is not on the forms then they will object and there will be an investigation, which could leave you £90 light (paid for DRO fee), the DRO could be revoked, and you cannot apply for another for 6 years...
So be honest in your application, you may find you have done nothing wrong and the intermediaries are able to support you better knowing the full truth0
