Hello, i purchased a new colour cartridge for my printer, it was not a Genuine HP Catrridge but worked fine however it is now coming up "non compatible colour cartridge" in the display window. Any advise gratefully received

Thanks for reply Santer, Yes it will not print, tried the things on the web page that you recommended, i supose the thing now is to buy a new cartridge and try that

Have bit the bullet and ordered both black and colour cartridges, both non standard but re-filled in original HP cartridges,will try them and hopefully will resolve the problem,again thanks for help

Hope the new cartridges solve it
Refill by post is worth a look if your cartridges are suitable. It has a standard £7 for the black cartridge and £9 for the colour cartridge.

I get cartridges for an Epson from them and they have always been prompt and contactable for the rare event of something needing to be exchanged.
Worth asking if you can send XL cartridges for refilling.
