    Well done:T

I stopped nearly 5 years ago, but have to say still get urges and still love the smell when someone lights up:(

It all boils down to willpower and really wanting to stop.

Must say that for quite a while I had a sort of gnawing pain in my stomach, almost like cramps.

I am very glad that I did manage to quit though, it is just so expensive now and after 36 happy years together it was time for us to go our separate ways........;)
Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time

Excellent. Thats equivalent to a very nice meal at a very nice restaurant. you should reward yoiurself as you set and reach targets so that it remains worthwhile.
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

End of the month then and you are already 1/4 of the way there.
I guess it is better to get the gnashers done before going out for a meal;)
