How do I go about getting BT to remove their box from the wall on my house. I was assured 10yrs ago box was obsolete and they would no longer need access to it through my property. I never agreed to box on property, it was there when I moved into the house. But recently they sent an engineer out 1.11.12 Thursday to work on box without any notification to me. If I had known the box was still in use I would have asked for its removal all those years ago. I am not even a BT customer.

Perhaps the previous owners did agree to it, if it was there when you moved in, then you accepted it's presence, take em to court if you feel you have a case, deep down in your heart, you know you haven't ,so won't
