paypal receiving limits

Options
I've been notified I'm approaching a receiving limit - I followed the link to the resolution and filled in the form as required. All the items now have green ticks by them. What happens now? At the bottom of the page is just a Cancel button.

If I log out and in again it still says I need to provide information but going back to the resolution center has the same page with a yellow box at the top saying "More account information needed" followed by "Select account type" [Green Tick] "Confirm your personal information [Green Tick], some more blurb and then the Cancel button.

Is this still expecting me to provide something?? Do I just have to wait for someone to review this??

Been like this for about a week now.

Emailed paypal on Thursday but they haven't bothered getting back to me.

Any ideaS?

  • What are your limits at the moment? At the moment mine are £1900 with a premier account. I think the most they got to with a personal account was £1700.

Mine has three green ticks when I go to lift limits.

The help pages say you should be able to follow these steps to see if your limit needs raising, you need to be logged in to your account:

Go to Account Overview > View Limits > Tick the box next to Receiving limit per year > Lift Limits > Follow the on-screen instructions.

I can't follow the steps on my account as the limits are all raised but there are various help pages in PayPal, you need to be logged in to see them.

Limit is £1900 which I'm £50 away from.
What will happen to the money I am due in a few days from various auctions that I have open that will put me over the limit?

    All green ticks.
Not sure what im supposed to do now.
Been like it for a week or so now and paypal still haven't replied to my various emails/
