Hi,
I've sold some tickets on eBay for a concert that is being held on Monday, they were posted Special Delivery last Tuesday and delivery was attempted on Wednesday morning, the buyer is yet to collect them from the Post Office
What happens if they're not collected? I know that you have to prove delivery etc, but as delivery was attempted and Special Delivery was stated so they knew a signature would be required - where would I stand re a refund if they're returned to me as not collected?

As above. Could be that buyer has changed mind or they never got a card. If they just dont want to collect - i think you would lose a claim - even though its not your fault.
Similar thing happened to me. On last day i emailed buyer asking why they had not collected - and they said "oh, we didnt collect cos we didnt know what it was". Anyway - they made it to the delivery offfice with 10 mins to spare.0
