You should receive a welcome email after registering, your account number should be a 9 digit number. They will send another email then with your PIN but you don't need that for this comp. HTH

I have just returned from Hawaii and this hotel. Won through a sky competition and organised by Leslie.
It was fantastic and well worth the long journey!
