door/cover to allow Access to stopcock

Hi.
I have a stopcock at the back of the unit under the kitchen sink, also a tap that allows me to pressurise the central heating system at the back of another unit. To get at either, I have to remove the contents of the cupboard, then a shelf, then remove the unit back plate, all of which is a fiddle.
Is there some sort of cover or door I could buy to allow me easy access to these controls? I'm thinking of a square or round plastic frame that I fit onto a hole I cut in the back plate and the frame has either a little door, or a screw-in round cover.
I've tried internet searching but I'm not even sure what to call these things - all I get is the metal ones you get for the pavement outdoors.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Screwfix do something called an 'Access Panel' which is exactly what you need. Just type 'access panel, into the screw fix search bar and you will see what I meanEat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Thanks, that's the sort of thing I'm after. Now that you've given me the name (access panel) I've managed to find other sources too, like this one:
