I have been raking around this afternoon looking at property forums ,I came across Property Tribes now on the face of it it seems quite nice and then a little too nice then sickly nice and then when logged off came away with the impression that all were dripping in honey mainly all with their heads up their **** ! Now this may be the type of character I am and is no reflection on the posters there however I have returned to my spiritual home ( via landlord zone who seems the same as here but a little more clicky )
Thanks to everyone who tells it how it is
Has anyone else found this or is it just me? Now getting paranoid !
Property Tribes is like a strawberry soft centre left in the chocolate box while on here we seem to be more dry roasted nuts

Actually most people on here are just plain old nuts."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
Dry roasted???? Common as muck.

Far from being cliquey, I think we at LLZ simply strive for exclusivity :rotfl:Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Appart from not being able to spell cliquey
Cliquey is the correct spelling..."appart" :rotfl:Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Don't jump to conclusions - yes, your spelling of the French word is correct but whalster's post - no 5 - reads to me that he is acknowledging that *he* had indeed got it wrong.propertyman wrote: »Cliquey is the correct spelling..."appart" :rotfl:
Not then necessary to come back for a "spelling police" kick is it ?0 -
Oh dear - I am the last person to be accused of being the spelling (or grammar) "police".
It was a response to the running joke about spelling.
Have some toast, your blood sugar must be low and making you grumpy :dance:Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.
