BPA Sanctions

So in the world of the BPA and their disciplinary procedures, no parking company or debt collectors have contravened their precious rules since July 2012. Funny that the DVLA has suspended access to 6 of their members up to today for gross misconduct, but the BPA deems that is not serious enough to give points to the members in question.
Also with most of the AOS scammers having claims of authority on their websites that the BPA know about because they have been sent links, plus I know the dvla has passed on about 30-40 queries in regards to that, they still haven't reigned in those companies, because the claims are still there!
By the way having the word Penalty/Fine on a scammer website is supposed to be 3 sanction points lol

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

Not at all surprised, after all there were 90,000 court cases in one year, according to BPA. You can't believe a word of what they say.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
