Belkin wireless router- Cable or ADSL?

Hi

I bought a Belkin router from PC World- looked up cable wireless routers on their website and this had a usb adapter plus lifetime warrenty and free phone support, so thought it looked good for £45.

However- was looking at box just now- and although same part ref B5Duk035 on the back of the box it says `...share your ADSL internet...` mine is broadband from Virgen media was NTL.

Is it the wrong one?

If it's this one http://www.pcworld.co.uk/martprd/product/seo/Networking/Wireless+Networking/Cable+Routers/BELKIN/B5DUK035/138396 and it doesn't say 'modem' on the box you should be ok.

I have rung PC World and they say they have given me the wrong one!

So I will now have to make a trip with 2 children at a SAt to change it!!

Atleast i did not take the shrink wrap off!!

She said they use same part number for both cable and ADSL ones.

Never mind.- will make sure I don`t shop there again-only got it from them as i knew I would be passing the store.
