sand and cement question

The paving stones in my back garden need re-pointing, all the cement has eroded over the years, I was going to do it today but weather forecast says temperature will only be 2 degrees celsius.

Will cement set at that temp?

it'll be ok in this application - just make sure it's not going to rain and wash everything away - that's more important!!

you can get anti freeze for cement work so can use if expecting a cold snap..

Surely best to wait for a warmer day. Contractors don't normally concrete anything unless the temperature is 4° and rising. (or thereabouts)
