I got a headache yesterday morning, although it was before I brushed my teeth it must have been the damage caused from brushing my teeth the night before.
Ah ... now that would definitely have been a delayed consequence of resonance ... some peoples' teeth being a bit like tuning forks and all ... you are supposed to press your tongue on them hard to stop them continuing to resonate throught the night .... just like those pads you see in the back of a piano operated by the foot pedal I think, not that I am suggesting foot in mouth...

I must try to think of a good analogy or a mixed metaphor .... oh I see I already did a bit of both:-)

If you're so concerned about the safety of wifi, why do you even have it?
Because it was free! (truly because I haven't paid for my broadband for 2 1/2 years!)

And I use Wi-Fi for non-bundle SMS from my WiFi mobile to save maybe £10 a month ... yes I know I could perhaps just as easily send texts from the keyboard but I can't be ar*ed to click through the various portal junk to find it and then explain to the recipient that they can reply to my mobile as normal ...

I'd sure like to know who that's with.

    AOL, can you guess how?
Clue: I was using and sharing some of the original founding MSE concepts even before Martin, I think!

I can't think of any way AOL would provide you with free broadband. I'm assuming this is a legal method of course.

well googling seems to bring me to AOL credit card enabling 1 month broadband for every 2700 points. I'm guessing it's along those lines. (along with frequent transferring of funds to build up those points?)

You got it, but sadly it hasn't been free to do all those BTs for quite some time. I actually earned the lions share of my Reward points years ago. I was spending them at the rate of about 4,500 per month at one stage but as AOL gradually reduced their published prices I negotiated a couple of reductions in notional price so that I used my points up more slowly. My last reduction was to a notional £9.99 per month with a free Wi-Fi router 'to try out'!

    The rest is history:-) ...

... at least my headache has dulled ...

Just buy a Wired router and it will be one less thing to worry about.

If it wasn't for the convenience and having multiple pcs all around the house, I'd definitely prefer to be on an ethernet set up myself anyway. Faster, completely secure, no dropouts etc.
