I'm usually reading the vents so thought I'd add a praise for the Book People as had an excellent experience ordering online with them this evening.
Went via quidco for cashback and 10% off a £25 min spend and input the voucher code which unfortunately didn't work. Immediately thought uh oh here we go. The error message said to click on contact which I did expecting an email address but instead got an online chat facility.
Despite it being 10.50pm a real person answered within seconds and gave me a different code that worked immediately. Very helpful and friendly and completely unexpected! Apparently the chat facility is available 8am to 12am Monday to Sunday.
Very impressed and will definitely be ordering again.
