which screws please??

Hi,

I intend on boarding my loft by using cross batons.

What type and size screw shall I use??

I saw these special screws that didnt need a pilot hole and were meant to be really easy to screw but I cant remember what they are called?

Any ideas??

You don't need a really expensive screw for loft boarding, these are just as good.

I used hundreds of those to board my loft. I did drill a pilot hole and countersink though.

I would use drywall screws.
