Thanks for the tip, I'm now using LastPass and occasionally Fireform, when LP fails to fill a form.
Works a treat.0 -
This is interesting because I was looking the Good to Know T&C and saw that all entries using automated scripts or macros eto. fill in forms would be disqualified. I wondered if all automated fillers would be dsiqualified. (I use Firefox) But it's hardly automated entry if you're visiting the site and ticking/unticking their boxes or answering questions. I e-mailed them to ask whether they would take a hard line with personal predictive form fillers - will try to remember to post up to let other compers know if I get an answer.0

I don't use Roboform either. I tried it out once but I prefer Autofill Forms for Firefox or just typing it out.
May you all have lots of luck, Emma xx0 -

Thanks - it would be interesting to then to compare wins with people who use form fillers and those that don't. I have never won with Good to Know mag and I use Roboform!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
Say that though - why should people be disqualified for using form fillers - it is not cheating - we are just using a aid to help us fill in a form more quickly!?:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0

Hi Blue girl
From what you said in your OP, it seems like this site isn't trying to block auto form fillers. They're trying to stop spam, so personally I doubt it will mean comp hosts will turn against Robo, Last Pass, or whatever other legitimate methods of entry we use

I used to manually tap for around 8 months, using IE's basic form filler, and then I trialled Roboform.
My comping production efficiency significantly increased.
It was like 'OMGSUPERFAST!!' whyyyy had I not tried this before??
I couldn't be without it now, I also rely on it for all my logins, and have paid two years running for it now.
NB - Still have to check it though, sometimes fills in the wrong places.Wishing you all good luck!

I literally type everything out manually and use same u/n & p/w so I dont struggle much to remember logins. I obviously dont get as many entered as some but I cant be bothered with more software. LolJuly 2013 wins: Lilac Skoot, Night out for 2 at Nandos & Cineworld
Best wins so far: £500, GHD styler, Tassimo T40 Machine0 -

Did you ever get a response to this? Just curious as I won quite a few times with goodtoknow when entering manually, but not a bean since I started using Roboform a few months ago! Might be a coincidence but just read T&Cs & wondered if maybe this is why..
