Praise for Stanley PMI (insulated mugs and flasks)

I've just had such a fab customer service experience that I thought it only right to offer some praise and share it.
My husband has a Stanley insulated plastic mug and the seal mysteriously disappeared (I think the dishwasher ate it, and it's now living in the land of missing socks and pens).
After unsuccessfully trying to locate a replacement seal online, I emailed customer services who promised to send one to me. It turns out the item is being discontinued and they couldn't find a seal, so they sent me a whole new mug by special delivery
