Our council had the daleks for £4 each last year and though they're not selling small ones this year, the next size starts at about £8 and they go up to £14, so it is worth seeing if your council does a scheme first. I wish ours would do a water butt scheme, they seem to be quite expensive.

those compost bins are rubbish. they are 4 side that clip together and the weight of stuff in them pushes the sides apart and they split open. you are better going for a solid bin like the blackwall ones. we have them at our allotment and they are falling apart after 6 months.

Went after work today. They didn't have much left but I got one of those hosepipes with the holes in it which you leave in the soil for £4.0
