Run a credit Check and see what they say

If any one's taken out stuff in your name which would be a risk to you then it may show - also check all your card statements and bank account carefully for unknown transactions.0 -

So neighbours calls you to say there is a package for you.... Then hands it to a 3rd party not known to them...
You sure they are not upset with you for renting the house out.
Maybe check your bank account ot see if all is in order.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
Have you checked that the package was not collected by the person who rents the house? I assume if the delivery person was unable to deliver a package they would have left a card saying package left with neighbour. Maybe they got that card and picked up the package.0

Why did your neighbour give away your package to someone other than you?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Probably your tenants took it having received a card from the postman. You should not be having mail delivered to your tenanted house, who has the wrong address? Have you informed your lender, insurance companies, land registry of your correct postal address?
It's been all over the press and every household should have had a flyer to say whether you want mail left with a neighbour, and you can opt out. http://www.royalmail.com/delivery-neighbour/faqs/faqsDeclutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
Have you informed your lender, insurance companies, land registry of your correct postal address?
From a Land Registry perspective take a look at our Public Guide 2 re keeping your address for service up to date.
At present you probably don't know where the sender got their information from re your name and address but if it was from the land register then it may well be worth checking to see what address you have or would prefer to be shown.
From a fraud perspective you may also like to take a look at our FAQs which offer some advice and guidance, including reference to the above Guide, which may help as well.“Official Company Representative
