we bought a new 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofs in march, delivered in may, the company had to come and repair it as it arrived faulty, now after 5 months the 2 seater has paint loss on the raised stiching the 3 seater recliner is spring open n has on seat noticable lower than rest,the offered a repair we refused, the have now offered to replace the sofas, we dont want the sofas again we want a refund am i within my rights to ask for refund?

they said that we couldnt ask for refund for first scratches if it happened again the you look into it, the faults this time are different faults0

You can ask, but they don't have to give you a refund if its disproportionately costly for them to do so.
Repair, Replace, Refund.
They offered to repair, you refused, they offers to replace, you refused.
They offered no further resolution to you. This is their right based on your refusal.

You're missing the point that they offered to replace already, this means that you have little ground to stand on in regards to refund entitlement.
If and its a BIG if they did offer to refund then they would be entitled to reduce the refund for the amount of use you have had from the sofa's.
So bear that in mind, the replacement is actually the best option for you.0
