Kingdom of Leather / natuzzi - gone out of business!!

we bought a 3-2-1 from KoL 17 months ago & the stitching is coming away & the stuffing in one of the arms has collapsed so that all you can feel is the frame - I've now discovered when phoneline was dead that they've been taken over by Natuzzi (whoever they are) - anyway located them online & sent an email to their CS only for it 2 b returned to my mailbox as unable to deliver - anyone have any info on either of these companies & where I stand?

no its natuzzi that seams to be running it now,
we have the same problem with stitching ring them on 01322-3125550
customer sirvice, let us know how you get on.

Natuzzi are and italian leather suite manufacturer we looked at some of their stuff Top quality suites and pricey too

We had some Natuzzi furniture 3-4 years ago, the biggest pile of, (expensive), junk I have ever had the displeasure to sit on, had to take the retailer to court to get all of my money refunded, would not touch Natuzzi with a bargepole.
