Clicking on the IP address link doesn't work, but pinging it does.

With Supanet here, and have the router set to automatically retrieve DNS settings. Should I specify them manually? If so, any idea where I can find the settings?

Hmmm, there was nothing set in there other than retrieve DNS settings automatically from ISP. I've now keyed those into the primary and secondary, and I've rebooted the router. Situation's the same

    Pinging myspace.com works fine :S

OK, ping myspace works, and http doesn't points rules out dns, and points to IE connection settings

IE, tools, internet options, connections and lan settings. (untick everything)

Was the PC configured to run on a modem before you connected it to the router? If so then there may be an incorrect IP address stored on the PC.

OK, everything unticked. The only thing ticked was Obtain Setting Automatically.

    No difference though

No, the Belkin router is the first networking device the new PC's ever been in contact with.

So you're getting all the right IP addresses:-

192.168.x.x for the PC (run - cmd - ipconfig /all)
    2 DNS addresses
Your Supanet IP address (on the router config screen)
