Confused Fare Rules :(

Hey all,
I am trying to figure out what this Fare Rule means.
I'm intending to buy a fare with British Airways with the following itinerary.
Lon to Hamburg Thu 10 January, returning to London on the Monday 14 January.
The fare rule reads like this:
06 MINIMUM STAY - TRAVEL FROM LAST STOPOVER MUST COMMENCE NO EARLIER
THAN THE FIRST SUN AFTER DEPARTURE OF THE FIRST
INTERNATIONAL SECTOR.
Can anyone decipher this riddle???

Your stay has to include a Saturday night - standard term for a non flex fare.
