Something I was just thinking...Reading that it does sound like they have moved goalpost and the average person will have no way proving if the fault is not on there property.
Saying that with the water board you are responsable for pipework on your property.
When you sell a house,a surveyor would use a meter to gauge how damp a wall would be,so how would a BT engineer prove that it was damp that caused a fault in a NTE without any visible evidence of damp without a meter?0
