Free maintainance/safety check

I understand that I qualify for a free yearly check by my supplier but the premium rate call to Scottish Power never responds so whats the best way to get their attention.

Good morning David your help much appreciated, we usuallypay for a boiler check but this appeared in the Saga magazine, we thought itwas worth a try.

I reached as far as an automated response torequest a call back which did happen but when clicked through the line wentdead each time. I found no answer onScottish Power’s frequently answered questions. In truth I cant see Scott Power doing this.

I took your advise David and filled in a complaint e-mail although I'm highly sceptical as to they ever reach their destination, I will try again if I dont hear from them . Thank you for your advise0
