VENT:mad:just gotta do it before I explode!
Im on a web offer of £10.42 per month (contract)
EVERY SINGLE MONTH I get a statement saying they are taking £20.42 plus calls (the non web offer)
EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to call them and speak to someone who gives me the same "script"
EVERY SINGLE MONTH I have to explain they need to add a £10 discount and I DO NOT pay for calls.
EVERY MONTH:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Been going on for a year now and I really am hacked off with it.

Their shops aren't much b etter. I recently bought a pay monthly SIM. Isaw the offer I wanted on the website and wrote all the details down. It took THREE store visits to finally get me on to the tarrif I asked for on the first visit. It was only on the 3rd visit I got seomeone who seemed to know what he was doing.

If you can (ie not in a contract tie-in period), why don't you look at something like giffgaff http://giffgaff.com/goodybags/10pound-facebook-goodybag which for a tenner a month may suit you ?

we are in Australia and they are as bad over here.

They sold us a number which was already in use and would not refund us as 'it was out of their hands'.

Would never use Virgin again as they are so disinterested when there is a problem.

I have been using Virgin Mobile for about three years now without any problems. I have a great contract with a Samsung Galaxy for £10.99 per month. I have not been able to find anything close to it elsewhere.
